Nashville Music LIVE

Music City Roots is a radio show that has revived the legacy of live music radio production with live stream programming that showcases Nashville’s current music scene, from country and Americana to unique and progressive interpreters of tradition, with a format that brings together fans and performers of different music tastes and genres.

AMERICANAFEST on Wednesday, September 12, 1-4pm EDT, featuring Amy Helm, The War and Treaty, and Shemekia Copeland.


AMERICANAFEST Day Stage 9.11 live stream broadcast on Tuesday, September 11, 1- 8pm EDT with performances by Will Hoge, Ruston Kelly, the Accidentals, Black Lillies, Paul Thorn, Nicki Bluhm and Mike Farris. 



Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, John Oates, along with The Good Road Band, are currently on tour in support of his new album Arkansas (set for release on February 2).  It’s described by Oates as “Dixieland, dipped in bluegrass, and salted with Delta blues”.

Singer-Songwriter, Greg Garing, has inspired two generations of musicians over the last 30 years with his unique blend of country, bluegrass, rockabilly, and honky-tonk and a natural ability to play and sing anything, and he continues on stage as one of the most prolific entertainers of our time.

Singer-Songwriter, Derek Hoke, has a knack for melody and easy flowing, distinctive vocals, incorporating them into a cohesive, imaginative and creative set that positions him firmly in the top tier of contemporary songwriters.

Accomplished musicians, Avril Smith (multi-instrumentalist and vocals), Vickie Vaughn (bass and vocals), and Kimber Ludiker (fiddle), have backgrounds in bluegrass, Americana, country, rock and jazz, and have recently formed Ms Adventure.  Watch:  Momma Took Her Ring Off
